Account closed if inactive for 36 months

Our system automatically closes any .IT accounts that are inactive for 36 months. To see more details about this, go to article 17.2 of our Terms of Service.

What happens to the funds in my account?

As stipulated by Law 88 of July 7, 2009, article 24, paragraph 19, sub-paragraph l, any remaining funds in inactive accounts will be transferred to the Italian Treasury. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I play again on your website?

If you want to play on our site again, create a new account using a different email address. Go to:

  1. Restart our software.
  2. Select 'Join Now' from the main lobby, available in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account.
  4. After that, contact us and let us know your new username.

We'll review the status of your new account, and let you know when you'll be able to play again.
