Cards: Information (Postepay Card)

Postepay Standard Card and Postepay Evolution are prepaid cards issued by Poste Italiane.

You can use these cards to:

• Deposit and withdraw funds with us
• Make online purchases
• Make purchases at any business that accepts Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard

To get one of these cards, you'll need to present a valid ID card and your Tax Identification Number.

You will be able to reload your card at:

• A post office
• Postamat ATMs
• Poste Italiane website
• Via mobile

What are the withdrawal limits for Postepay Visa?

Postepay applies a set of limits on each card:

• Up to 3,000 EUR per single top-up transaction
• Up to 50,000 EUR as a maximum annual top-up amount

Poste Italiane will return to your user account the full amount of any withdrawal that exceeds the card's limit. This return process can take up to 40 days.
