Issues with our software update freezing can be due to Windows compatibility settings.
To fix this issue, follow these steps:
- Right-click on the PokerStars icon you use to launch our software.
- Choose 'Properties', then open the 'Compatibility' tab.
- Under 'Compatibility mode', uncheck 'Run this program in compatibility mode...'
- Press 'Apply' then 'OK'.
Finally, retry updating our software.
