Setting a 7-Day Accumulated Betting Limit
If you're placing a bet for the first time, you'll have to increase your 7-Day Accumulated Betting Limit. It's set to €0 by default.
How can I set or change my betting limit?
Log in to your account and follow these steps:
- Desktop: Tools → Responsible Gaming → Change Sports 7-Day Accumulated Buy-in Limit
- Website: Account → Responsible Gaming → Set 7-Day Accumulated Limit → Sports 7-Day Accumulated Betting Limit
- Mobile: Account → Responsible Gaming Settings → Set 7-Day Accumulated Limit → Sports 7-Day Accumulated Betting Limit
Once there, you can enter your new limit, which we'll approve in 48 hours.
We can't speed up the waiting period as it's come from the Italian regulator.
Lowering limits will become effective immediately.
